I bring a grounded yet deeply spiritual approach to my work, rooted in both personal experience and professional training. I’m certified in mindfulness and meditation, a Reiki Master, and trained in sound healing, hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed care. As a spiritual life Coach and Hypnotherapist, I hold space for deep transformation and soul remembrance.
